"Francese" is the brand new project created by Claude Monnet alongside his new talent Francesco Tarantini. This italo-french connection truly shows how music goes beyond everything, and sometimes can make different cultures collide in a unifying vision of House music.
The 5 tracks ep gives a portrait of what the underground movement is nowadays, but also discovers its roots and its possible future directions, always stayin' faithful to the most important idea behind it: to make quality music.
"Aundergraund" kicks-off the pack taking our ears straight to the dance floor whit its heavy bassline and groovy beat. The track evolves to a huge breakdown with a vocal sample that grows constantly and fulfilles the synths and bass melodies, with the right balance between deep and techy stuffs.
Right after that comes "Organ Track", which is more focused on the roots of underground music. The structure of the track, and most of all the live instruments and vocals, represent the fusion between old school and modern times created by the artists. The acid synth added in the middle takes the track to the next level showing the real sense of this song.
Next up is "All The Way", with its north lead line that takes us to some glorious memories. But the bassline and the beat make the track sound in a completely new way. Just like a new fashion dress. The track is fulfilled with techy synths and breakdowns that will make people scream for sure.
"Talk Talk" is a real masterpiece, an open window to the future. The initial vocal and bass melody rolls all over the track, being continuously fulfilled with vocals, synths, percussions and at the end a chords line that gives a touch of magic to the whole song.
At least but not at last comes "John's Trip". Old school beat, percussions and a mental bassline that will destroy the systems roll all over the voice and the breaks. Smooth keys and pads make the track sweet and perfect for that classy parties, always keeping an eye to the underground vibes.
