Andy Ward, resident Soul Heaven DJ, presents his first solo production for the label.
Having already provided In-ten-City as Soul Central, this time he brings a track which started out as a stripped down, Deep House instrumental.
After hearing Estonian songstress 'Sofia Rubina' in action whilst performing on stage, backed by a live jazz band, there was no other voice Andy wanted to finish the track.
Together with the help of Sofia, Andy Ward has delivered one of the strongest vocal packages to date on the label, and one which is sure to be a massive summer hit, this year and beyond.
Most notably within the package is the Heavyweight Mix, a collaboration between fellow resident and Restless Soul hero, Phil Asher, providing the signature drum programming, along with the musical sophistication of Bah Samba front man, Julian Bendall. Between them, a truly epic track has been produced and we are very excited about this mix.
Fellow Birmingham duo DeepCitySoul provide a driving, bouncy dub for the livelier floors, while close friend and fellow Estonian to Sofia 'SpinScience' backs up these mixes with an acid influenced interpretation.
Andy's Original Mix and the full Acapella accompany, finishing off the project in fine style.
