Brian Cid's Endangered Records returns with a strong melodic house release from ascending Croatian producers Andrea Ljekaj and Marc Grabber, and features a remix from Just Her, one of the most promising UK-based artists around.
Known for his quality productions on labels like Get Physical and Save Us, Andrea Ljekaj provides two originals for the 4th release from the Brooklyn-based Endangered label. The first track is a collaboration with fellow countryman Marc Grabber, who has signed releases to labels like 3000Grad & Get Physical, and has a long history in the Croatian house music scene.
'Candid' starts things off with tension building vocal stabs, and sets the tone nicely for the release when combined with the track's driving drums. With the bass melody and haunting vocal parts, a deep, spatial vibe is created making this track one that can impact many different situations. Andrea goes solo on the second track 'Flock Of Doves', and takes the listener on a cinematic journey with its eerie sounding piano & pads.
