Nothing Is Real welcome Eleonora for the 5th release of the label.
The Russian-Tartarian artist now living in Berlin has a classical music education and jazz-experience, also started to explore the possibilities of electronical music. In 2017 she started different collaborations and released her first full length album 'The Ghost'. Eleonora's music is the result of painful experiences and emotional events. The music creates a space where all boundaries melt, where classic piano passages and hard basses collide, where smart beats meet a tender voice. Call it trip hop, Electronica or Downtempo, her music eludes stereotyped categorizations. It's melancholy, it's tension, it's strength, it's fragility and soul.
'Taken' is an emotional and intense piece of music, her gently ecstatic swells of vocals emerge to soar over a dense jungle of synths and woodwinds.
The package includes two strong remixes. The British producer living in Mexico, Man Power, follows his releases on Correspondant, Hivern Discs and ESP Institute giving us an beautifully melodic remix of epic proportions, maintaining a fluid elegance and transmitting a great energy !
