Produced by Spank Spank aka Earl 'Spanky' Smith
Earl 'Spanky' Smith co-founded the group 'Phuture' along with DJ Pierre and Herbert 'Herb J' Jackson in 1985
Spanky came across a Roland TB-303 in 1985, not knowing that Phuture would go on to make history when they created a new type of sound to come out of Chicago. Tweaking the knobs on the TB-303 while the patterns were playing, Phuture used the TB-303 for something other than what it was originally made for. The newly created sound came to be known as "Acid House"
DJ Pierre left the group in 1990. Spanky continued with the name Phuture. Phuture carried on until 1996 with various members joining over the years including: Roy Davis Jr., Damon Neloms (aka Professor Trax), L.A. Williams, and Ron Maney (aka DJ Skull)
