DJAIMIN starts his career as a DJ at the beginning of the 1980's at the Platinum, the only Funk-music Club in Switzerland, situated in Montreux, where the International Jazz Festival takes place every year.

During the mid-80's, he discovers with the American radio DJ talent TONY HUMPHRIES a new style of dance music, the so called “Vocal House Music”, considered as the evolution of Disco and played only in certain mythical clubs such as the PARADISE GARAGE in New York, which the new style “garage music” was named after. He rapidly adopts this brand new genre and brings it over to Switzerland, whilst the “Balearic Sound” of Ibiza is dominating London and Manchester's legendary raves.

In order to promote this new movement in Switzerland, DJAIMIN decides to proceed via radio-media, where he creates the very first show dedicated exclusively to this style on Couleur 3, Switzerland's famous radio station.
He associates with MR. MIKE, future partner and friend, who later becomes the second half of the renowned BLACK & WHITE BROTHERS. The lyrics of their world famous Number One gem “Put your hands up in the air” are still in every MC's mouth.

Having become the leading pioneer of this movement, DJAIMIN chooses to promote this style on a large audience level. In 1990 he invites Tony Humphries to Switzerland and starts, as a result of Tony's advice, to compose and produce his own tracks.

In 1992, his first single “Give You” reaches Number 1 in all British Dance Charts, and even hits the TOP 50 of the Official British Charts!
During the next five years, he remixes and produces under his pseudonym and confirms his talent as a producer and DJ.

Further chef d'oeuvres such as “Hindu lover” and “Fever” conquer the Official British TOP 100, whilst “Absolute love” and “Open the door” surmount all International Dance Charts!

With his new formation CRYSTAL CLEAR and the tunes “Gypsy love” and “Live your life” he vanquishes again all International dance floors right at the start of the new millennium.

Now, we are utterly proud to announce, that our local matador JUICEPPE got his hands on DJAIMIN's mind-blowing “La Noche”, and turned this masterpiece into a bouncy slice of latin house slammer, which is predestined to become one of this summer's biggest house anthems.

Good to have you onboard, Sir Djaimin.
