Portuguese DJ and producer joins us at Piston Recordings with a superb two tracker titled Crazy People EP. Mario started to DJ in 1995 and made his way around Portugal playing the best clubs and parties. In 2007 he released his first tracks and from there he has built up a solid catalogue full of top notch grooves. Great to have him on board here at Piston.

Crazy People delivers a solid house music groove. The intro boasts a cool rhythmic percussion driven sequence before thumping kick drums come through to take over. Warm tones fade in thanks to soft chords and a wonderfully deep, mesmerizing bassline. The track takes on a trippy persona that draws you in with its soulful ways and infectious vocal. An absolute stomper of a track that will not disappoint.

Day One intros with a smooth percussion fuelled rhythm and is joined by a strong probing bassline before extra layers of classic percussions layer up. Distinct house style vocals come in while classic chords deliver the bulk of the groove. The break throws up more vocals adding character to the sound before we head back to full on mode for the duration. Get this one in your arsenal, you will not be disappointed.
