Gain Records is pleased to welcome brothers Peter & Steve Primiani aka Hot Lipps Inc. to the label. The Gallop is a four track EP that delivers thumping dark techno rhythms.

The EP’s title track, The Gallop, is a warm and groovy track with atmospheric tones and some mysterious synths and fx throughout. Little bleeps and vocal snippets tastefully weave in and out creating a spacious but full mood to carry you away on the dance floor.


FM Bells is the second track and it’s a driving bomb with bell fx filtering in and out from almost start to finish. An underlying arp base line, claps, and big hi hats round out the groove.


The third track, Trust Your Soul, is another peak time dance floor killer with some vocal snippets and bulky drums. Synth hits and long tailed pads over the break are guaranteed to have hands in the air after the drop.

Dat Ain’t Shit rounds out the EP and it’s a bit of a deeper and more atmospheric cut with simple drums and a thundering kick. The snaps, moody synths and pitched down vocals make it more of a seductive groove.


The EP is for late night lovers as well as more intimate dance floors and it’s sure to win these brothers more fans in the coming months.
