Hailing from the underground scene of Eastern Europe is Igor Krsmanovic, a formidable producer and performer, active for almost a decade. We are very pleased to introduce his sounds on NoExcuse Limited in this three track EP. Igor brings two funky originals, complimented further by a remix from NoExcuse veteran, Zlatnichi.

“Honey Tash” opens with a subtle beat that gains momentum as the track progresses. A distinct, snappy beat carries the varying melodies, with an accented bass flowing underneath provides the funky bounce. Zlatnichi takes the track to the darkest depths of the underground with his dark, minimal rendition of the original. Stripped back percussion flows, growing and falling, creating a constant flow of tension as the variety of effects keep the trippy track rolling on.

Igor closes the EP with “Basement”, an upbeat groover that is built around a fast-paced bass motif riding under the layers of melodies and beats. Breakdowns filled with percussion and drum solos truly emphasise the funky nature of the track, with a tasteful blend of synths polishing off this charming warm-up weapon.
