This remix project was an opportunity to revisit the first album of Awir Leon Giants acclaimed by the medias (BBC, KCRW, Clash, Hypebeast, Les Inrocks, Tsugi) a year after its release, and to revisit those tracks after having played them on the stages of France and Europe, in solo shows or with the piece of dance "Sunny", choreographed by Emanuel Gat around the album.
What was an intimate, personal project became a unifying entity that now belongs to many. So it seemed interesting to offer an external look at these songs, to celebrate the Giants album for what it has become, before moving on.
