A little over 15 years ago we launched MoreHouse Records and with the guiding hand of our distributor, the iconic Soulfuric Records, we released our first single, "Inside My Soul." Written and produced by Groove Junkies' Evan Landes and featuring vocals from Solomon Henderson, the song gained critical acclaim and global support from a who's who list of djs, radio programmers & tastemakers and literally put MoreHouse on the map.
Fast forward to the summer of 2017 (the 15 Yr. Anniv. of the singles release) when we were approached by dj / producer extraordinaire and Soulstice Records head honcho Mark di Meo who expressed a keen interest in doing a remix on "IMS." Needless to say we were delighted! We've been a fan of Mark's work for some time and have quickly become friends since he made the move from Italy to Los Angeles. Mark has been a fan of MoHo & GJs for some time and has always loved this particular song. The remix was a match made in heaven, pairing Mark's deft production skills with Solomon's brilliant vocal. The newly appointed Soulful House A&R manager at Traxsource has recently stated that "this is one of the most important projects of my life."D 3 months of hard work, hours and hours of live sessions and we're proud to deliver Mark's fantastic treatment of this truly authentic Soulful House gem. This is timeless 'Classic House' at it's best. ENJOY!!
