EPMmusic presents the third set of remixes of tracks taken from Ben Long's debut solo album 'Standing Alone' which was released in April. So far this remix series has seen reworkings from James Ruskin, Victor Santana, Jamie Bissmire, Chris McCormack and Ben himself. The latest volume invites DJ Ladida, The Lady Machine and Dany Rodriguez to turn in their renditions, while Ben enlists Bandulu's John O'Connell for an additional take.

DJ Ladida is first up, providing a driving interpretation of one of the album's techno slammers, 'Pulsus'. When the name Ladida is mentioned, everybody thinks of the first lady of Czech DJing, a regular at domestic clubs like Roxy and Karlovy Lázne in Prague as well as internationally, in particular her recurring appearances at Berlin's Love Parade. In 1997 she embarked on her production career and has gone on to release on the likes of her former label, Lasergirl, current label, Article as well as Mueller Records and Ben Long's Potential.

Brazilian The Lady Machine follows, with her raw and clipped techno remix of 'Open Doors'. Kammy (aka The Lady Machine) has been at the forefront of the underground electronic scene in Brazil for many years, with her skills taking her around the globe. She is known for her remarkably versatile sets which blend techno in its many variations with electro, acid and industrial. Having relocated to Europe in 2010, she now resides in Bristol, UK where she has been focussing more of her time on production.

Dany Rodriguez has been recording for over a decade and released music on labels such as Kombination Research, MBR, Bush, MB Elektronics, Bulletdodge and Phobiq, but is probably best known for his continued EPs and albums on his own label RMR and sister label RMR Invitational (RMRI). He delivers an alternative version of 'Open Doors' that's somewhat of a departure from much of his previous work, turning in an electro-tinged affair that's deep and spacey, developing gradually over it's 9+ minutes.

As a final highlight to close the EP, Ben Long provides a very special dubby restyling of his album's title track, 'Standing Alone' featuring vocals by Bandulu's John O'Connell.
