French duo MITA MITA make their debut on the ever reliable Lauter Unfug imprint, giving us two cool slices of deep, driving, melodic progressive house.
Lovely Cry is a nice sub rumbling chugger. Cool percussion touches and orchestral strings create a melancholic acquiescence until melodic variations appear, showcasing beauty and light.
West Germany's Zohki is chosen to supply the remix, delivering a deep and almost spiritual skippy tech houser, that really comes in to its own as the melody builds throughout the drop. Very nice stuff indeed.
'Over Again' picks up the pace and heads straight for the dancefloor, presenting a driving but groovy bass line that will work wonders during the peak for the melodic jocks. Sweeps and funky stabs work together alongside an arpeggiated riff, dramatic lead and cool developing pads.
