Hudson Alexander, Winnipeg Indie-Rocker turned Dance Music Producer, has been steadily growing up since residing in Toronto. His house has been described as atmospheric, weightless, but the emotional circumstances of living in the big city show a refined producer. On his new record, Hudson trades ambience and R&B vocal samples for thumping grooves and sharp synth work. The Hip-Hop influence in his drum sampling is still evident, as well as the lush melancholic vibes carried over from his band days.
