Following the April 2017 release of the original version of "Could You Be Me?" on Gilles Peterson's BROWNSWOOD BUBBLERS TWELVE PT1 COMPILATION (DIGITAL and VINYL) and immediately after the September 1, 2017 release of "Could You Be Me?" on the BROWNSWOOD BUBBLERS TWELVE pt.1 and pt.2 COMPILATION CD; there arrives on September 8th the release of the 3 track digital ep containing the brilliant re-imaging of "Could You Be Me?" by Gilles Peterson and Simbad.

"Music Should Reflect The Times" is the central theme of "Could You Be Me?" according to its composers Paul Randolph and Kathy Kosins

The re imaging of Could You Be Me by Gilles and Simbad explores that theme by creating an entirely new musical foundation for the vocals of Kathy Kosins and Paul Randolph.
The Los Angeles based artist I-Ced joins Kathy and Paul in the Simbad/Peterson exploration of the "Music Should Reflect The Times" theme.

Kathy Kosins the sensational Detroit based Jazz- and Soul-vocalist partnered with fellow Detroiter Paul Randolph (Jazzanova, Carl Craig’s Innerzone Orchestra) to create the Detroitcentric Funk-song “Could You Be Me?” based on the writing of Miles Davis.
