Portuguese outfit John Deluxe aka Joao Nina and Trippin Fox aka Andre Vieira debut on Piston with the superb Dubvious EP. Since 2016 these two have been churning out top quality vibes together on various labels. Sometimes they go solo but mostly stick together in the studio with outstanding results. The both enjoy DJing around their respective hometowns and further afield with their infectious brand of tech house grooves. Great to have them here and we hope to see more soon.

Funky keys join the party and a building snare roll gets us into full on mode for the duration. One for the purists here who are gonna love the deeper vibes on show. Driven by a superb drum arrangement that just oozes rhythmic charm, the track is made up of bright and funky elements alongside a deep probing darker bassline. The two contrasting higher and lower frequencies blend effortlessly leaving behind a feet shuffling inducing groove in its wake. A definite must have track.
