The latest addition to Roam Recordings features San Francisco veteran artist Shiny Objects aka Chris Smith. A pillar in the Bay Area community Chris Smith is the founder of San Francisco's Om Records, Smoke n' Mirrors, Up All Night, Monarch & The Great Northern. As a producer he has released over 100 tracks and remixes under the Shiny Objects moniker and other aliases. For his second release on Roam, Shiny Objects delivers two stunning original tracks. The title track Bad Acid is a gritty dark chugger with a post punk feel while Disco Death Child is a deep shimmering groover that's nice and easy to get lost in.

Joining the EP is Italian producer Rodion who has a long discography of innovative and provocative music. His remix of Bad Acid is dark, edgy, and further proof that he is, as Mixmag/UK calls him, the 'new genius of Italian Dance music'.

Also joining the EP is Mexican producer Iñigo Vontier whose creative productions and remixes have not only made him a sought after artist but have also come to define the new sound of Mexico's bustling underground music scene. His remix of Disco Death Child is further evidence of his well earned reputation.

All four tracks come together into an accomplished and creative EP and a fine addition to the ever growing Roam Recordings catalogue.
