Napolitean ''Vinz Exe'' has a beautifully crafted style of reverberated Techno that's built around various melodic elements. With his sophomore effort on Planet Rhythm he takes the listener on a front and back trip through his diverse pallette of sounds. The overall taint of this EP is balanced somewhere between deep and uplifting or firm and outgoing. As a bonus, some rugged electro is thrown in.
