ALIGN Records proudly presents 'Loving You - EP' a funkylicious piece of soulful house which marks the first official collaboration between Tomby - International DJ for more than two decades, founder and House stalwart of the 'Soulful House Collective', and acclaimed, visionary artist, writer, producer and label owner Andy Roda - who, with a list of strong releases in 2017, is living up to the description 'A Soaring Voice In House Music'.
The Original Mix is a nod to Donald Byrd's classic version, serving up an infectious beat, stank bass lines, and prominent horn riffs in a veil of sunlight layered with lush vocals by Andy Roda, whose arrangement and instrumental performances are equally as tasteful and impeccable. The heat is turnt up más caliente on the Afro-Latin Mix and Tumbao de Roda, showcasing the two artists' common love for tropical sounds, and Roda's arrangement skills and musical versatility, featuring 'Soulful House Collective' members Arba Manillah on percussion, and Mareike Schinzel on the sax.
