Christmas is a time for people to come together. In that tradition, Desolat celebrates a year packed full of music, with the second yearly Christmas label sampler: a showcase of inspiring heavyweights alongside fresh talent from two continents, wrapped up in a big shiny bow. While Christmas 2009 vinyl sampler was red, 2010 sampler will be blue: simply a beautiful sounding item in our favourite music format. All artists featured on the sampler have released music on Desolat previously: some as special guests, some as cherished label staples.
