Now on their twenty ninth release of forward thinking UK Reggae & Dancehall, Reggae Roast continue with hit after hit.
Their latest offering is a futuristic dancehall smasher of a beat, produced by one of their very own crew member Leo Samson, with Shumba Youth’s soft vocal cries complimenting the hard dancehall banger beautifully. The track with its low sub frequencies and deadly lyrics is sure to set dance floors alight this summer.
This is the first single of their deadly 6 Track EP also coming soon to Reggae Roast Records and is due out later this year.
Leo Samson has been putting in the work as one of the key Reggae Roast residents for the past 5 years. His first big release came in the form of a monster remix for Benny Page’s ‘Champion Sound’ which went on to become an underground anthem. All the while he has been releasing remixes for the likes of Nice Up! Records one of the UKs best dancehall labels and Boom Sound Recordings. This is his first official release on the Reggae Roast label. The first of many!
Shumba Youth is fast becoming a household name in the UK Reggae scene and one of the key artists in the new wave of talent coming out of the capitol.
