Little Giant Records presents its second release ‘Burning All the Bridges,’ a single produced by Parisian composer and DJ Jules Etienne. The remixes are brought to you by Frankfurt-based artist Matthias Vogt and techno newcomer, Niksah.
About Jules Etienne:
Jules Etienne was raised in the suburbs of Paris, where he began experimenting with various instruments from an early age. His musical vision eventually lead him to electronic music, where he continues to hone his skills as a producer and DJ.
His music has been included on record labels such as Apersonal Music, Galaktika Records, Seven Villas and We Carry On. His style can be described as eclectic, warm and slightly experimental, weaving between beautiful melodies and tripped out vintage synth sounds.
He has remixed for Berlin label Sonar Kollektiv and collaborated with nu-disco giant Daniel Wang, Egyptian Nipples partner Massimilliano Pagliara and house legend Quarion. His DJ sets, like his productions, take the audience on a fantastical trip through mood and sound.
About The Release:
Ettiene’s original mix is an organic house number marrying tripped out synth textures and acid nods. Maintaining a classic house foundation, Jules builds the track into an entrancing after hours anthem.
Matthias Vogt’s remix takes us on a lucid trip where arpeggios and strings build wistfully over a pulsed bass line.
Niksah adds a rhythmic complexity, trippy synth textures and a drone-like bass, leaving his interpretation teetering on the edge of Techno.
