Brad Ashwell has been serving up soulful, forward-thinking DJ sets for several decades at local residencies in his hometown while woodshedding as a producer and musician over the past decade. Releases on the Intimate Venues label have been a staple ingredient in his deep house sets over the last year which makes it a perfect home for Brad’s debut release, Ze Trout. This track was created as a more energetic moment for deeper house sets fusing jazz, tech-house and afro elements and borrows it’s name from an exotic dance move in a classic 80’s SNL skit.
