Hailing an established talent that only continues to grow, Agile Recordings is proud to release Landmark’s newest EP “Dark & White,” a collection of three new tracks that set a high mark for 2017 out of the gate. Since finding his first success in 2010 with “Ham Bur Ger,” Landmark has been recognized by pillars of the techno scene like Umek, Dubfire, and Richie Hawtin. The time since then has seen Landmark producing one heavy hitter after another for labels like Neurotraxx Recordings, Deeperfect, and Cube Trax. With a mastery of house, tech, and groovy beats at his disposal, it is a true pleasure to see Landmark continue to expand as an artist and elevate listeners and dance floors alike the world over.

“Dark Love” - Popping with drums over a rising tide of beautiful vocals reminiscent of Moby, this track blends all kinds of influences to bring a sound as fascinating as it is danceable. Old school tech house beats lay the groundwork to get bodies moving while bringing in trance effects to send this song skyward, making for a crowd-pleasing groove that has something for everyone.

“Gamma” - Snapping high-hats keep the energy level at a sprint here, all while throwing in ear-pleasing surprises that range from a gentle warbling to floor-bouncing house elements. The depth of the bass line takes no prisoners either, laying a solid platform that hits hard and refuses to let go of this heartbreaker of a rhythm through to the end.

“White Sheep Army” - Sharp cracking effects cut through the intro to set the stage for a bassy, bone-quaking beat, all before listeners are scaled up to a wonderfully-built banger of a track. While borrowing sounds from the best of today’s pop electronic scene, the song keeps its roots dug in deep with a devotion to good underground grooves that are sure to lend lasting power to this mind-melter of a track.
