It's been nearly 5 years since the last release on 90watts Records but now we're back! With the Manual Music team as a driving force behind it, totally redesigned but with the same quality and musical timelessness you've came to expect from the label we are ready to rumble!

We've given a young Dutch talented artist the honor of re-launching the label; Sjaak Herbert. Sjaak recently graduated from the prestigious Herman Brood Academy and has that unique crossover sound we're looking for. His productions got their own funky soul, whether you want to call it techno or house music. Who cares about genres anyways, right?

'Serenity' is his long awaited new single, an acid driven dreamer build around warm techno chords and snappy percussive elements that give the song an enormous drive. A special one!

First up on remix duties is another master of crossoverness; Dan Caster. The Berlin based producer needs little introduction as he's a regular on labels such as Katermukke, SOSO, Stil Vor Talent, Keno Records and Dirtybird to name a few. He turns Sjaak's original into a peak time piano fueled dance floor bomb. Very cool, timeless and effective.

To close things off in style we introduce another Dutch up-and-comer to the label; Steve Banning. Steve has made his debut last year with a couple of releases on Olivier Weiter's label WEITER and is a familiar face in the Dutch club scene. His remix borders between tech house and melodic techno with it's added emo touch. A great addition.

90watts stands for mind altering deep tech house music. We've got many nice things lined up for you this year and this one's only the beginning!
