Bristol born production duo 'Circle of Funk' team up with super singer songwriter 'Mike City' out of Philadelphia, to create 'Rain or Shine', a late night groove that runs deep with emotion.

'Circle of Funk' offer up 2 tasty treats here. The original mix gets that R&B vocal treatment from Mike City with powerful lyrics, combined with lush chords, a stand out bass-line and soaring top line synths.

The COF Dub takes it up a notch with more swinging beats, driving bass, and a catchy but minimal synth stab and vocal hook effect.

Lee Robinson and Paul Stephenson, aka Circle of Funk, have their roots firmly in Bristol, the music capital of the UK's South West. With early influences in hip-hop and house, Circle of Funk was founded in 2007. Over the years they've produced stunning works for their label 'Slapped Up Soul' and collaborated with the likes of Robert Owens, Mr V, Lifford Shillingford and Natasha Watts.

Mike City is an American singer-songwriter and record producer. He is best known for producing the singles "I Wish" for Carl Thomas, "Heard It All Before" for Sunshine Anderson, "Full Moon" for Brandy and "One Woman Man" for Dave Hollister.
