Something To Remember Remixes

Phonique, Stee Downes

Ladies and Gentlemen

In order to tease his "Greene Supreme" LP release, Phonique presents five amazing new mixes of one of the album's standout tracks - 'Something to Remember'. The original made huge waves on its initial release, and these reworks are welcome additions to the track's huge potential. Phonique's reputation for perfectly crafted, deep and soulful dancefloor moments shines through - the original track making sublime use of Stee Downes' killer vocals.
First up is Argy's moody South London remix - fully diving into the UK's grimy underworld and coming up with a twisted dancefloor bomb that completely reimagines the original.
Next, The Unhottest Dub flips the script again with an elongated and stripped down dub - opening up the track to oceans of space and atmosphere.
Elsewhere the production duo of Claus Casper & Jean Philips step up to add some serious Ibiza level tech house to the proceedings, while Nvvb's version brings in neon synths, and a ridiculously funky bass sound in a rework that never takes the obvious direction.
