Paulo Rocha is from Oporto in Northern Portugal. He produced records for local labels Magna Records and Kaos Records under the name Paul Jays and made his Black Vinyl debut with this cut, an epic piece of quality House Music that has been compared to the kind of release normally found on labels such as Wave or Guidance.
