This is EP is more than just a meal, but a well rounded feast perfect for the season, so put on your elastic waist pants and start loading up your plate.
This EP starts out with a huge glass of "Inside The Bottle", which is a peak time soul grabber that goes down smooth to warm you up as the weather gets colder. The beats and bass line are nothing more than pleasant on the bowels, but the vocal is something that will have you howling at the moon like a slack jawed fool.
As you move on down the fixins table you will find a huge bowl of "Just Like". Now this may not be like the fixins your momma used to make, but it's most likely better. South Of Roosevelt knows your momm n dem and don't cook by the book so to speak. A heaping plateful of this jam will keep you more satisfied than most other leading brands.
The title tracks, "Man With A Jive", is another solid swing joint which makes everything taste like moonshine and biscuits. This is the fuel for the holiday fire my friends.
