From his studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina, we see a welcome debut on PHW Elements this week, as Axel Bray aka Partenaire joins our roster, including 2 really strong originals. The opener and the title track as well, "A Blue Rose" is a warm and driving progressive production, filled with smooth melodic layers, crisp percussion and tight pads to give that great progressive feel. We are thrilled to see this new artist join our roster, and we are sure there will be more from him not to far from now on the label.
On remix duty, we see another debut, as well as one long time server on the PHW Elements roster take their spot. First out is the debut from another Argentinian, as we have the pleasure to be joined by an artist that definitely is on the rise, Santo Adriano. With his reinterpretation, built with smooth textures, a deep melodic approach and some truly warm bass sounds, he is to take you on progressive journey from start to finish. The hypnotic feel built up through those melodramatic textures is sure something that will make you hit the repeat button.
Joining back on work through PHW Elements, is a producer that we have seen frequently on the label through the past year, and we are always happy to see the services from UK's very own, Alfonso Muchacho back in the house. As always, his music is absolutely top notch, as he delivers a deep and dark retake today. This one is really underground just as expected, and this guy has built an absolute monster once again. It's deep, it's driving and truly hypnotic as well.
On the flipside, we see a 2nd Partenaire original to complete the release. This one, baptized as "[The Girl From] Saitama" is a storming deep number, filled with really cool and exciting elements to build a great addition to the release. Warm and melodic structures are built up, and light techno-ish elements are added on to spice this production up. It's definitely as fresh as ever from this up and rising producer, that we truly hope to see a lot more from!
