2006 has been one hell of a year for Cr2. Having released The Eggs Walking Away in January, as well as Fedde Le Grand's massive number 1 hit 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' in July. Add to that huge releases from the likes of Kurd Maverick, Danny Freakazoid, Onionz, Dave Robertson & Jon Gurd, MYNC Project, Asle and many more. As the end of the approaches and not satisfied with the unprecedented success 2006 has brought, Cr2 are yet again raising the bar by starting up a new digital label to cater for the more underground club tracks. Cr2 digital is born!

Each release on Cr2 Digital will contain two tracks from different producers, and will be strictly limited to 500 vinyl copies. To kick start the label Cr2 have something very special up their sleeves in the form of two storming tracks from two producers we believe will be massive over the next few years.

First up on the A-side is none other than the outstandingly talented Danny Freakazoid who has caused major waves this year with the release of his debut artist album 'Freakazoid' as well as 3 singles on Cr2's main label 'Discount', 'Teken' & 'You Are The Leading Man'. Here he teams up with his brother Elvis Benait for a slab of slamming tech-electro house that can only be described as breath taking. The track opens with relative calm, but don't be fooled, it builds the tension for over 2 minutes before a drop that can only be describes as plain rude! This absolutely rocks the dancefloor. It's a must have in any self respecting dj's box!

Next up is another up and coming talent, Jamie McHugh who has already proved his worth to Cr2 after delivering an amazing remix on Cr2's 50th release, MYNC Projects – 'R U Sure'. Here Jamie delivers another slice of his trademark driving electronic sound with twisted bleeps that give way to possible one of the phatest basslines you are likely to hear all year. The track drives from start to finish and really does get a dancefloor going crazy. Peak time house music at its best!
