Alfa Romero Recordings circus continues with a show-stopping second act of pure class. The latest label recruit, Anthony Meagro takes to the stage with his wildly adventurous yet addictive Reve De Blues which gets an uncompromising remix from Supernova.

Fresh Swiss talent Anthony Meagro lays down a beautiful and distinctive house strut that packs plenty of power with Reve De Blues. The atmosphere sounds laid back at times, but a wildly loose bassline slips around the bottom end as a deep groove sets the momentum and powerful beats feed the energy. A wonderfully affected bluesy vocal adds a vintage to feel to a track that finds the perfect balance between subtle melodies and driving tempos.

Italian duo Supernova take the reigns on the flip, adding an old school energy and a more straight forward club aesthetic on their remix. Skipping synths scratch across the top of pounding 4/4s and a deep, rolling bassline. Warm pads join the mix later, serving up a wonderful interplay with the sparse, mechanical sounds that inject the track with its curious energy.

Guido Bartoli, a graphic designer, illustrator and visual artist who works from his Pisa base, created the fantastic cover. He usually paints with acrylic colours and pencils on medium density (MD). Distributed By Symphonic Distribution - www.symphonicdistribution.com
