Raw Wave presents Mphiwe with his very first single, Crown. Born Simphiwe Muntu Mhayise, he found his passion for rap at a very young age and developed dreams of becoming a rapper. A few years later he moved to Soshanguve, Pretoria where, by a chance encounter, he met aspiring producers and Oral Deep Members, Thato Tlhaku and Thapelo Nkoane. After Mphiwe demonstrated his singing abilities, they decided to work on a record together, which is when Crown was conceived. The song is an authentic Zulu house song which speaks about genuine love for your significant other.
