Simone Sciarrini aka Strained began to play music at the age of fourteen when he bought his first guitar. He played in Rome with some bands as singer/guitarist/songwriter and released in 2008 a ep with his first band, Marrow and a second with Sweet Danger in 2011.
In May 2014, after listening for the first time dubstep music with “Scary Monsters and nice sprites” by Skrillex, Strained started to produce dubstep,edm and house music. His favuorite artists are Skrillex,Deadmau5,Pegboard nerds, Alesso but he tries to take inspiration by every musical genres to create and keep a own style.
From January 2015 to May he lived in London to promote his music and played gigs in Camden Town.
He writes, records and produce his songs in his studio located in Italy.
