Global Deep Recordings Presents a collaboration project from Reel Skaps & Vpianist, two cousins who are deeply passionate about music.
Vusi Zimu aka Vpianist is a young up-coming jazz pianist who has been playing piano for 8 years, his father was a pianist, so basically the music is in the genes. Vusi is one of the extraordinary musicians who believe in meditation for spiritual growth, for self-empowerment, and for growth in music. He has worked with a number of musicians from all sorts of genres ranging from Gospel, Soul, and House Music producers like DJ Bullet, Mindlo & Essential-i, and Licious Deep just to name a few.
Reel Skaps on the other hand has played around various computer music programs and has crafted his unique way of putting musical elements together to create music.
'Midnight Blues' was the first single they worked together on; which literally took them the whole night of hard work, instrumentation, arrangements and alignments.
The single was featured on Smoove Productions as a solo release and a separate Smoove Edition Remixes later on, it was also featured by Rune on the album
'Tainted House Volume 1' and 'Tainted House Essentials Volume 1'.
We are proud to present the full soulful package with remixes from DJ Bullet, Licious Deep, and RhythmKID.
