We should all thank our lucky "Starrs" for Mark. A few years back when our imprint was taking its first steps, founder Matthew Anthony (aka Perfect Driver) met up with none-other than DIRTYBIRD Player and purveyor of fine beats, Mark Starr, in HOLLYWOOD for a Friday night show at Avalon. As it goes, the two hit it off and became friends, exchanging production tips, exclusive tracks, and eventually, up-and-coming talent fit for the Perfect Driver roster. In fact, the label owes Mark credit, not only for this, but several releases in our catalogue.

Now afloat with time-tested tunes, we're confidently sailing together into this next release produced by label mate Alex Index and Perfect Driver newcomer Phrixus. Originally introduced to us by Mark and with recent support from Chris Lake, Alex has been feeding Perfect Driver with a staggering amount of quality house music. A resident in the track-lists of our latest compilation and both 2014 label showcases, we consider it a great privilege to present to you, Alex Index's first EP on Perfect Driver, together with Phrixus, 'Rhythm Ting.'
