Robb Swinga delivers a lesson in House Music with his Bandeja Beatz EPon Marinated Music. Robb N' Da Funk is a down home bumper that shows elements of true school through and through. Swinga's style goes beyond simple genres of "Jacking," "Disco," or "Deep." The tight drums and clean tones leave plenty of room for Ritmo Du Vela's filtered funky dub to light up a set with its movement and fluid energy. The EP is nicely rounded off with Boogie No More which has a sound reminiscent of the Chicago of old. This track is as bouncy and chunky as a proper dance cut should be. Swinga cleans up with this New Year and gives Marinated Music a bump into 2015.
