The "Beat To Def" EP is the second release, and first for Tirk, from NYC based DJ / Producers Drilla and Doug Gomez, aka Drrtyhaze.

Drrtyhaze's previous release was the "Voodoo EP" on acclaimed German label Gomma (Headman, Whomadewho, Tomboy etc).

The sound of the EP combines influences from Drrtyhaze's hometown of New York -- from disco to Liquid Liquid-esque punk-funk to Bobby O style Hi-NRG.
