Parisian Joachim Pastor makes his return to Hungry music with the wonderful Mekong EP two-tracker. Starting off with the title track “Mekong”, Joachim takes on a smooth journey through melody driven, heavy bass backed deep house heaven. Teasing effect and vocal snippets provide the perfect surrounding for the dreamful overall-vibe.

On the flip side resides “Joda”. The track is featuring an incredible lively Balinese Gamelan sound that morphs into a monstrous ensemble of different synth layers. The broken beat keeps itself in the background, while a downpour of wonderfully crafted bass frequencies rain down on us.
