'Purple Velvet' is the alias of production duo Chris Crowther and Lee Dearn. Each of whom have carved out a production career in their own right, Chris is better known for his 'Coat of Arms' moniker and Lee has released under his own name and has a forthcoming release on big poppa Scccucci's label as 'B Moe'.

The old adage of 'two heads are better than one' would be slightly unfair in this case as both Lee and Chris are very talented in their own right... but there is just something special happening on this EP, something very musical and moving. Forget all this barry-house that is doing the rounds at the moment masquerading as 'Deep
