Clubland is going Dutch, and on the double

Having already hit Ibiza via Miami this year, Defected In The House's destination series lands in Amsterdam just in time for the increasingly influential Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). The Dutch capital's party scene plays host to an abundance of prominent international DJs and a profusion of homegrown stars alike, and its own take on the Miami Winter Music Conference, ADE has become Europe's leading electronic music event.

On Defected In The House Amsterdam 09 two of the Netherlands' most prominent DJ and Production duos, Hardsoul and Chocolate Puma take the reigns to deliver a pair of mixes of the highest caliber, showcasing the peak time dance floor sound that Amsterdam has become famous for.

Whilst Hardsoul can claim responsibility for dance floor smashes such as the huge 'Self Religion' and 'Back Together', as a DJ, Roog has also been consistently voted Holland's finest House jock by Dutch Dance mag Basic Groove. Chocolate Puma's prowess both in the studio and behind the turntables meanwhile cannot be underestimated either, with numerous releases of devastating quality to their name, including 'I Wanna Be U' and 'Disco Electrique' which has seen their combined efforts with Bingo Players become one of the club hits of 2009.

Defected In The House Amsterdam 09 is jammed full of future classics, brand new remixes and re-edits and the odd exclusive track created especially for this compilation, including the Chocolate Puma and Hardsoul collaboration 'R2G2', the Hardsoul Reconstruction of Shovell & The Latin Hooligan's 'Soul Makossa' and Baggi Begovic 'Chaos', all of which appear on this Sampler available exclusively through Traxsource!
