Never Stop Loving EP

DJ Ino

Republic Music
REP014 | 2014-09-04
DJ Ino is a longtime ally in Republic's true-school dance mission. The honcho of Spain's House Café Music, one of the most respected DJs on Europe's party scene, has already contributed 2012's unforgettable Remember Me EP and a number of crucial remixes to Republic's discography. Now he drops "Never Stop Loving", an extra-special, extra-versatile, genre-bending five-track maxi-EP filled with funk, soul and breezy melodies as well as Ino's trademark playfulness and humor that makes each track an adventure.

The cheeky title of "Where the Hell Are You?" masks a deep-garage groove featuring relentless percussion, lovely keys and a devastating disco bassline. It's a standout track that cuts across many formats and is sure to turn heads wherever
"Let's Dance Again" takes us back to jazzy midtempo afterhours house featuring delicious Rhodes and vibes playing off each other,
creating a sunny mood perfect for a poolside party, especially for a day when you haven't been to bed yet.
Ino shows his mastery of different modes with "Computer Love", a foray into tough tech house with a wicked arpeggiated groove, loopy effects and insidious sub-bass set off by a sexy, spooky vocal snippet. Riding a similar tech feel into a spacey late-night mode,
"The Click of Your Mind" plays hard-hitting percussion against melodic, buzzing synths, a chunky, rubbery bassline and dubby
vocal stabs. Finally, "Always" ties together this package with a dedication to real house music; this gorgeous track takes us back to the 90s sound of deepness with soaring, atmospheric pads, stirring hints of echoed vocals, proper high hats, and one
of the better basslines you'll hear all year. It's another signature Republic track from one of the global keepers of the house flame.
