Daniel Kyo should need little introduction to deep house heads who had their eye on the ball in 2008, his releases on Elevation, Plastic City and Lost My Dog cemented his stature and sound. Already producing beats like a veteran at a young age, he has created an EP we are really excited about at DE.

First up "I Can" is a vocal sample extravaganza, not too dissimilar to SIS's Nesrib and some recent Lauhaus outings, but still very much parked in deep house territory. Already popular with the likes of Jimpster on CDR this track has been road-tested by Shur-i-kan & Milton Jackson and is proving popular to say the least! Daniel has provided the original plus an Afro-beats mix for maximum dance-floor effect. We have also secured Mr Milton Jackson on remix duties since he liked the track so much.

Next is "Shake It", one of those 'go-to' tracks in your CD wallet (or laptop screen) whenever you're in a spot of bother on the 1s and 2s. Solid beats and programming in the Rozzo style this track grooves along until it releases a chord spectacular and builds to a very satisfying climax.
