Conan Liquid's Volume 3 in the Basement Tapes series sees solid disco filter action mixed with deep dubby vibes. Kicking off with "Don't believe the Hype", a twisted, thumping disco filter ditty paying homage to the likes of DJ Sneak and the early French disco stompers.
Followed up by "Ready to Bounce". A dark, deep, dubby affair. Swung SP1200 beats sprinkled with disco rhythms and rolling chords.
To finish off "Disco, Non Disco" is a tribute to the No Wave movement of the early 80s. Trippy rhythms and haunting Rhodes stabs for your ear canals.
