The S.O.S. Band's "Just Be Good To Me" has been a perennial goldmine for dance music sample hunters. Norman Cook and his Beats International cohorts (as "Dub Be Good To Me" in 1990) weren't first, but they made the biggest early splash. Since then, everyone from 2pac and 50 Cent to Cloonee and Earth'n'Days have had a shot. Italy's Jude & Frank are the latest to step up, and on this superb house version, they take the Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis song on a rolling ride through loopy house and deliver the kind of peak-time pumper that reminds us of peak Junior Jack. It's a killer.
