25th Anniversary of House Music is here! 25 TRACKS of Pure HOUSE history on one ALBUM!

Executive Producer: Jesse Saunders
Administrating Publisher: Don't Fix It Music (BMI)

25 years ago, one record changed the course of dance music...that record was ON & ON by Jesse Saunders. Still one of the largest selling house singles of all time, the Silver anniversary Remixes take it a step further into the 21st century.

Artists such as DJ Pierre, Farley "Jackmaster" Funk and Marshall Jefferson have changed the course of dance music on both sides of the Atlantic. This compilation highlights some of their accomplishments and showcases some of the more obscure tracks and songs never before featured on compilations.
Known as the Originator of House Music, Jesse Saunders wrote, produced, performed and mixed the world's very 1st house record ON and ON on his upstart record label Jes Say Records out of Chicago in 1984. Jesse continues to stay at the forefront and set trends with his 2008 album HOUSE MUZIK on Broken Records. ALL of the Pioneers featured on the compilation have been featured in numerous documentaries, books and magazines including the award winning Put The Needle On The Record and Pump Up The Volume. To sum the whole story up, Jesse also wrote the definitive history with his book House Music...The Real Story (PublishAmerica.com). Join us in celebration of the release of a new frontier in House Music history with the the guys from Chicago who put it on the map.
