Tony Records proudly presents the new subsidiary label Tee Traxx. This new imprint is designed to satisfy any track/instrumental enthusiast. The label will feature material ranging from energetic soulful tech to deep, funky & jazzy house sounds.
The 1st release on Tee Trax, “Isolator” by Spellband is a hefty slice of tech funk. Spellband are well known producers from Rome, Italy: Giuseppe Surace, Andrea Drappi and Vins Massaro, in conjuction with Max Scatti. “Isolator” is also produced and remixed by the rising remixer/producer star, Tony Loreto and Tony Records co-helmsman, Jacko; together, they’ve created a pure, energetic funky-for-your-nerves soulful tech thumper. The intro starts with a very recognizable key stab melody that develops into this familiar groove a la Jay Dee’s “Plastic Dreams”. The repetitive, rumbling bassline and frantic keyboards charge through a quirky school boy choral chant that builds into an explosive climax surely to set any dance floor on fire! It’s a funky-tech House hallucinogenic that will fit in any DJ’s set who likes to keep his or her floor driving.
