Tony gets the ball rolling with 'Getting Down', a percussive peaktime houser, blending solid beats with a snaking funky bassline, a riffing guitar stab, and some great subtly acidic synths, resulting in some gritty low-slung house. The Young Governors (AKA Tony and Joey Youngman) rework 'Getting Down', giving it a bit of disco flair thanks to some newly added stabs, while keeping that great bassline groove intact. Last up is 'Black Prince' from Lewis Twins, better known as Tony and Blakkat, a funky houser with tinges of tech-house scattered liberally throughout, with another great bassline underpinning some superbly filtered synths and chunky beats.
