Sonz Of Afrika, a South African based duo with your two prolific producers Titus "AmoNiQ" Macuacua & Thato "Soulay Deep" Moreetsi who promise to consistently deliver prolific and outlandish quality music across any genre in the name of house. With their offering Ubuthakathi which is a Zulu word for witchcraft present you a true African essence you can relate to, with a fusion blend of afro & deep elements. Starting with African chants sang by a member of the duo its self, Titus AmoNiQ, a poem in the picture complementing the chants, not forgetting to mention the lyrics being written by their mentors, The Heavy Quarterz. Afro deep & afro soul is what this EP counts as, with enthralling South African remixes from Dj Siphiwe (Siphiwe Mhlanga), Ecksomatiq Projects (Nhlanhla Xaba), Luudrumma (Edward Makapane), Gravity (Bongani Matshiakhosi) & Josiah De Disciple (Josiah). With each of these warriors mentioned comes a unique style, sticking to the theme of this EP. None the less but quality music given.
