Babs Presents - Unique Rhythm EP Vol 6
Unique Rhythm parties started back in 1992 in East London, regular all nighters at the Sunny Isles in Bow, alongside one offs at The Powerhouse and The Rex in Stratford. Always championing local DJ's and playing the best in US House and Garage music.
Fast forward to 2025 and nothing much has changed, although the party starts a little earlier nowadays.. and they are also championing some of the talented UK Soulful House music producers.
Unique Rhythm have been back running free, yes free!... monthly day/night parties at the legendary Shoreditch disco pub, The Horse & Groom, since 2019. Residents Andy Unique, Lyndon Lennon and Mark Osborne have been joined by some amazing guests, including Booker T, Dr Bob Jones, Jeremy Newell, David Bailey, Colin Williams, Ian & Rob, Paul Clark, in addition, some of the original line up in the 90's, Pete Pits and Martin Lodge make regular appearances.
It has also been a platform to showcase upcoming UK DJ Talent with the likes of Joe Cox, Carlene, Dave Foster, Omitosho and Danny T playing killer sets to busy dance floors filled with London and the South East's Soulful House community alongside off duty DJ's and music heads alike.
Recently 'Babs presents' made his tremendous debut at the Shoreditch party that was inspired by the UR parties he used to attend in the 90's back in East London , and has now gone on to deliver a series of EP's that capture the music and vibe of this London gem of a party!
